The Northfield Buddhist Meditation Center is offering a variety of meditation periods and events in the up-coming months in the hope that we can sustain and support our spiritual community through the pandemic. You can gain access to our “sits,” dharma talks, dharma discussions, and monthly Practice Period on our Zoom Account.

We meet each Sunday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Meditation during the week is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Schedule for additional meditation periods through October: T-Th 5:30 at the Zen garden at Carleton College (Located at Maple and 2nd behind the Faculty Club and Watson Hall.)
Dharma talks: A list of speakers is available by clicking on the Upcoming Events at the top of the page.
Practice Period schedule: Practice Periods are scheduled on the third Saturday morning of each month from 9:00 to 11:00a.m. Mark Nunberg, the guiding teacher at Common Ground leads these sessions. We will begin on September 19, 2020.
The board is also initiating a series of dharma discussions led by members of the sangha, to be held after the Sunday “sits.”
